Composition: Lavendula officinales flores (Lavender) extract, Ethanol 5% (Alcohol), Glycerine 2%, Micronised* mineral (Fe) infused purified water. *Proprietary B11-micro-technology.
Suggested Use: Lavender is a popular herb that has traditionally been used for its calming properties. It is commonly used to promote relaxation and improve sleep. There’s some scientific evidence that supports the use of lavender for sleep. For example, in a study published in the journal Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, participants with mild insomnia were found to improve their sleep quality by inhaling Lavender oil for 30 minutes prior to bedtime. Our Sleep formula pairs the properties of Lavender with novel cell-supportive technology, for a good night’s sleep, and improved sleep quality by reducing anxiety and sleep disturbances. Adults: 1-4 sprays directly into the mouth, or in water, 1-2x daily. Children: 1-2 drops or 1 spray daily. Start at the lowest dose.
