  1. Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services:

    BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd manufactures and supplies products, devices and e-books, and provides services and information related to health and wellness, based on holistic healthcare as underpinned by Functional Medicine principles. The distinctive feature of many of our products is that they are based on quantum technology. This innovative technology, when coupled with natural ingredients, allows us to power up natural ingredients to become formulas that support the body to heal and balance itself, naturally. We believe the body is a powerful self-regulating mechanism that requires a few adjustments to stimulate its return to optimal health and wellness. We manufacture and supply additional products which support an individual’s quest for personal health and wellness, which includes supplements such as vitamins, minerals, herbs and personal care products. Part of each person’s health and wellness journey will include the need to improve lifestyle factors that impact stress, sleep, diet and nutrition, exercise and detoxification. These are the 5 Pillars of Functional Medicine that are integrated in our supplements and products, underpinning your health and wellness journey. In support of this, we provide information in the form of e-books, blogs, eating plans, online recipe books, courses and questionnaires.

  2. Delivery Policy

    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 working days for areas close to main cities and hubs, or 3-5 working days for outlying areas. Delivery is confirmed by email. This email will reflect your booking/waybill number, the courier service used, and the expected delivery date. Please ensure that your email address is correct when creating your account, as this is our all-important communication connection with you.

  3. Returns and Refunds Policy Returns
    3.1. If, upon your order being elivered, you no longer want the product(s) you have ordered for any reason, you may return it/them to our physical address (provided below) within 7 days of delivery, at your own expense. To be eligible for a refund upon its return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused. It must be in its original packaging.

    3.2. Please contact us to start the return and refund process. You can contact us at info@bio-wellness.co.za and tell us what the problem is and what you would like to do. Please include a copy of your receipt, your order number, name, email address, phone number, as well as your reason for returning the product(s). This is important to us because we want to know where we can make improvements in our service to you in future.

    3.3. We will contact you and then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When it is received, we will check that your returned product is still in its original condition and, if it is, your return will be accepted, and you will be refunded.                 

    Refunds

    As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you. Once we have inspected your return and assessed the situation around your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. This approval of a refund is linked to the condition the product is in when returned to us. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and sent a notification of this refund.Please send any products for return or exchange, via courier service, to:

    3.4 A refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited back via the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

  4. Defective Goods and Adverse Reactions Return or Refund Policy.

    4.1. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item. You can contact us at info@bio-wellness.co.za so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it.

    If we are at fault:

    We will send our courier to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will offer you the following options in order to resolve the issue:

    4.2. Some products sold on our website contain ingredients that are designed to stimulate a detoxification reaction. This may be considered to be an uncomfortable process for some people, and you may require more information about this process. If this is the case, please read the package insert carefully and contact us if you require further assistance. If you develop a reaction and want to discuss this with us, please contact Customer Care at info@bio-wellness.co.za. An experienced staff member will contact you to discuss the issues with a view to the resolution of any adverse reactions. Refunds on products causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis.

  5. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

    5.1. In order for us to refund you, products must have been purchased directly from us. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. If you have an issue with any of our products that you bought elsewhere, please return those to the store where they were purchased.

    5.2. Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

    5.3. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products or products that have been opened or tampered with in any way.

    5.4. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

    5.5. Products specified as non-returnable or not for re-sale cannot be returned.

  6. Exchanges

    Products will be exchanged based on whether or not they are unsuitable, defective or damaged. Please refer to point 4 above for the applicable details.

  7. Customer Privacy Policy

    BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2 000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded here.

  8. Payment Options Accepted

    Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard, or by EFT into the BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd bank account, via the Payfast payment gateway. Should you need to use an alternative form of payment please do not hesitate to contact us at info@bio-wellness.co.za and we will work out a way to accommodate you.

  9. Card Acquiring and Security

    Card transactions will be acquired for BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd via Payfast, the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  10. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

    Customer details will be stored by BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on Payfast refer to www.payfast.co.za

  11. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).

  12. Responsibility

    Biomolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

  13. Country of Domicile

    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd chooses it as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. Our auditors are Trevor van Niekerk Auditors, 334 Tram Street, New Muckleneuk, Pretoria, South Africa.

  14. Variation

    BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

    BioMolecular Wellness (Pty) Ltd products, therapies and treatments are highly effective in helping the body to rejuvenate and rebalance itself both physically and emotionally. This encourages and assists the body to re-establish and maintain maximum health and healing through natural, alternative and/or complementary means. Products, therapies and treatments might not provide sufficient intervention for some health-related issues or concerns.

    None of our products, whether manufactured and/or supplied by us, are pharmaceutical medicines or medical cures.
